Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
Contract: 13 weeks (91 days)
📋 Requirements
Required:
- 1 year of Telemetry RN experience
- RN license
- BLS
- ACLS
Preferred:
- BSN
❌ New graduates are not accepted.
🖥️ EMR
- Altera Sunrise
- Formerly known as Allscripts
- Previous experience with this EMR is not required
- Facility says it is very similar to Cerner
🔄 Schedule & Floating
- 12-hour nights
- 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
- Every other weekend
- Floating required
- No on-call requirement
- Holidays required, unless the nurse requests the holiday off through RTOW.
🎓 Orientation
- Days 1–2: TUKHS 2-day orientation
- Day 3: Liberty orientation + clinical orientation
- Day 4: Continued clinical orientation
- Day 5: Computer work, then released to the unit
- Orientation varies by unit.
- 8 hours of orientation are non-billable.
⚠️ Other Important Details
- Nicotine-free facility
- Bi-weekly pay
- Facility may cancel 1 shift per pay period without cost to the client and without pay to the traveler.
- Minimum 2 hours' notice for cancellation.
