Job Requirements

• 2+ years of recent acute care nursing experience
• Current RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience with telemetry, including independently reading telemetry strips
• Proficiency with Meditech, IV therapy, and EPIC
• Ability to adapt quickly across multiple MedSurg and telemetry units
• Must pass an on-site exam on Day 1 with an 84% or better
• Strong flexibility and comfort working in a fast-paced float pool environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in MedSurg and Telemetry settings
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips accurately
• Float across multiple units and adapt to changing patient care needs
• Administer IV therapies and support daily patient care activities
• Document care in EPIC and maintain clear, timely charting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Deliver compassionate, efficient care in a busy acute care environment
