- Responsibilities: Provides comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, performs assessments, develops and evaluates individualized care plans, administers medications and treatments, monitors patient conditions, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educates patients and families, documents care, and participates in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. Demonstrates leadership, critical thinking, accountability, and strong communication while coordinating care across the continuum.
