Job Description:

As an RN in the Telemetry unit, you will be responsible for providing care to a diverse population of adults and geriatrics. You will float within Zone 1 facilities and may be assigned to different acuity levels, including ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and Med-Surg Telemetry. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and adherence to a 60-mile radius floating policy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care primarily within Telemetry and potentially other units as needed
• Float between designated Zone 1 facilities
• Participate in care planning and execution for cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, renal, and other patient populations
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, including charting with EPIC

Requirements:

• 2 years of Med-Surg Telemetry experience; prior neuro experience preferred
• Active RN license and certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• Ability to float and adjust to various acuity levels
• Must reside within 60 miles of assigned facilities
