Job Description:

This position involves providing critical care to patients in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU). The role requires strong critical thinking skills and adherence to hospital policies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform procedures such as chest tubes, intubations, central lines, and dressing changes.
• Documentation in Meditech system; adhere to unit guidelines.
• Float as required by Methodist Floating Policy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years ICU experience.
• ACTIVE TX RN License; TEMP LICENSE NOT ACCEPTED.
• ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Certification.
