Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Rehabilitation Nurse (RN) Sierra Vista, AZ. This position involves providing compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients on an acute rehab unit. The role requires ensuring patient safety and comfort while supporting recovery and rehabilitation goals in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, BLS certification, 1 year of rehab or medical surgical/telemetry experience, location within the designated area, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations and a friendly, kind, compassionate personality
- Additional Information: The unit consists of 10 beds with a patient ratio of 1:7. All necessary equipment is located in patient rooms, including lift devices. The rehab gym and dining area are at the end of the hall. The Electronic Health Record system used is Cerner. No call requirements are associated with this position.
