Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical Rehabilitation in Chesterfield, MO. The position involves providing inpatient rehabilitation services for adult patients recovering from conditions such as strokes, brain or spinal-cord injuries, amputations, and other complex orthopedic injuries. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care that focuses on improving functional ability and overall quality of life within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: RN licensed in the State of Missouri, BLS (CPR) Certification, 2 years of experience in medical-surgical or rehabilitation nursing.
- Preferred Qualifications: CRRN certification.
- Additional Information:
- Unit Profile: 81 private patient rooms, adult patient population aged 18 and older.
- Patient Ratios: approximately 1:6/7 during the day, 1:8 at night; each nurse has a dedicated technician.
- Equipment: Advanced therapy devices, electronic health record system (Epic).
- Location: 14561 N Outer 40 Road, Chesterfield, MO 63017.
- First Report Time: 06/07/2026.
- Scrub Color: Black scrubs (ID badge to be worn).
- Parking: Garage (upper level or back two rows of lower level).
- Unit includes specialized stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, and comprehensive care units, designed to promote recovery outside of traditional hospital settings.
