New Hampshire Hospital – Concord, NH

• Psych RN – Days:   7:00 AM–3:00 PM | 5x8s
• Psych RN – Evenings:  3:00 PM–11:00 PM | 5x8s
• Minimum 2 years of Psych RN experience required
• 13-week contract
• 4 weeks of orientation on the day shift
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a psychiatric facility and managing the milieu.
• Important: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM nurses work as the only nurse on the unit without a supervisor, so candidates must be comfortable working independently in this environment.
• Experience with psychiatric assessments, medication administration, physician orders, EHR documentation, treatments, venipuncture, and patient safety/emergency situations is required.

Best candidates: Experienced Psych RNs with at least 2 years of recent psychiatric experience, especially those comfortable working independently in an inpatient/state psychiatric setting.
