Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year of Psychiatric Nursing experience
- Medical-Surgical or Acute Care experience preferred
- First-time travelers are accepted
Required Certifications & Licensure
- Active Washington State RN License or Compact RN License
- BLS Certification
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) or MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) Certification
Required Skills
Candidates should have experience with:
- Psychiatric assessments
- De-escalation techniques
- Managing patients in physical restraints
- Behavioral crisis intervention
- Safe patient management
