Geriatric Psychiatric (Gero-Psych) Registered Nurse – Night Shift
- Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00 – 07:30 | 36 Hours Per Week
- Scheduling Policy: No block schedule requests accepted.
- On-Call Protocol: No on-call duties required (NO CALL).
- Floating Protocol: Floating required within scope of practice; candidates must be willing to float to Med-Surg units as helping hands.
- Requested Time Off (RTO) Policy [HARDSTOP]: Maximum 7 days of RTO allowed; NO RTO permitted during the first 2 weeks of assignment. Candidates with >7 days of RTO will be automatically rejected.
Submission Interview Mandate: Specific interview availability dates and times must be entered in EII upon submission to be considered.
Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of clinical RN experience (dedicated Gero-Psych or Psych experience).
- Education Requirement [HARDSTOP]: Must have graduated from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program.
- EMR Proficiency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical documentation experience in Epic EMR within the last 1 year is mandatory. Resume must explicitly list where Epic was last used.
- Clinical Skill Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Must be proficient in phlebotomy/blood draws and IV therapy management.
- Licensure Requirements: Active Ohio State RN License or active eNLC Multistate Compact RN License.
- Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) Blue Card (Non-violent Crisis Intervention) [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
