Duties:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with acute and chronic psychiatric and behavioral health conditions.
Perform psychiatric assessments, monitor mental status, and identify changes in patient behavior or condition.
Administer medications safely and monitor patients for therapeutic effects and adverse reactions.
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for patients.
Certifications & License:
Current BLS required.
