- Schedule: Every other weekend required

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of nursing experience required
- Experience in psychiatric nursing or behavioral health preferred
- Comfort providing care to adolescents, adults, and seniors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Strong communication, observation, and de-escalation skills
- Availability for evening shifts and every other weekend
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients with mental health and substance use disorder needs
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in behavior or clinical status
- Support treatment plans and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients, families, and staff
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and thoroughly
- Use therapeutic communication and de-escalation techniques as needed
- Deliver compassionate care that supports stability, safety, and recovery
