Compunnel Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Job Description & Requirements

Position Highlights:
- Weekends & holidays required
- Float Pool position across multiple pediatric units
- Level I Trauma experience required
Must be comfortable floating throughout the children's hospital, including:
34-bed PICU
25-bed CICU
112-bed NICU
Surgical / Acute Care
Behavioral Health
Medical Specialty – GI, Neuro, Respiratory
Hematology/Oncology
Step-Down Unit
Pediatric Cardiac
Required Experience & Skills:
- Level I Trauma experience
- Pediatric acute care experience
- Trach care experience
- High-flow oxygen experience
- Familiarity with infusions
- Strong first-line/independent clinical skills
- Ability and willingness to float between multiple pediatric specialties
NICU Float:
May be floated to NICU to care for feeder-growers and other low-acuity patients only. Traditional/high-acuity NICU experience is not required for the NICU.
