Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced PICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Omaha, NE, with an opportunity to transition to a permanent position. The ideal candidate should have strong pediatric critical care experience and be comfortable managing high-acuity patients.
Requirements & Experience
- Recent PICU/Pediatric Critical Care RN experience
- Strong experience caring for high-acuity pediatric patients
- Comfortable managing pressors/vasoactive medications
- Experience caring for intubated and mechanically ventilated patients
- Familiarity with sedation and titration protocols
- Experience with Trilogy and Servo ventilators preferred
- Experience with infusion pumps
- EPIC experience preferred
- Ability and willingness to float to other units as needed
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced pediatric critical care environment
Travel Requirement
- Candidates must live at least 100 miles from Children's in Omaha, NE to qualify for the travel assignment.
