We're hiring an experienced **Perioperative Registered Nurse** for an **Outpatient Surgery Center** travel assignment. Join a collaborative surgical team delivering exceptional pre-op and PACU patient care.

**Requirements:**
• Active **Pennsylvania RN License**
• Current **BLS, ACLS & PALS** Certifications
• Minimum **3 years of Perioperative/Outpatient Surgery experience**
• IV Therapy and PACU experience
• EPIC EMR experience

**Assignment Details:**
• **13-week contract**
• **Monday – Friday**
• **Day Shift:** 6:15 AM – 2:45 PM (8-hour shifts)
• No weekends
• No holidays
• No on-call
• W-2 employment only (No 1099)

**Responsibilities:**
• Perform comprehensive pre-operative patient assessments
• Prepare patients for surgical procedures and implement physician orders
• Provide Phase I PACU recovery care and monitor patient status
• Administer IV therapy, medications, and patient education
• Monitor vital signs, pain management, and post-anesthesia recovery
• Document accurately in EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Assist with pain management procedures, patient flow, and perioperative nursing support
