Job Requirements

• Active Michigan RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• ADN required
• BLS required
• PALS preferred
• Experience caring for adult and pediatric patients strongly preferred
• Comfort working in a collaborative, team-focused hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality pediatric nursing care to neuro, ortho, and mixed-age patient populations
• Support patients with trauma, post-operative ortho/neuro needs, and general pediatric care
• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and document care accurately in the medical record
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to promote positive patient outcomes
• Adapt to varying patient needs while maintaining a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Contribute to a positive unit culture built on teamwork, communication, and quality patient care
