Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse position is located in the healthcare setting that manages patients with a wide variety of cardiac and respiratory conditions. The role involves assessing patients' mental, physical, and spiritual needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team, and providing clear explanations and instructions to patients and their responsible persons. This position offers an opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative department, with a focus on professional development and excellent patient care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Current Illinois Registered Nurse license, current CPR/BLS card, ACLS certification, no minimum experience required (0+ Years)

- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The role involves a patient-to-provider ratio of 4:1 on PCU patients. The schedule includes every other weekend and holidays. There are no on-call requirements; however, overtime opportunities are available.
