Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience in a PCU, progressive care, telemetry, or similar acute care setting
• Strong assessment, prioritization, and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and maintain a consistent 36-hour weekly schedule
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable managing patients with varying acuity levels

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to progressive care patients
• Support admissions and discharges with accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor patient status, respond to changes in condition, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive patient outcomes
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in a timely manner
