• Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
• Hours per Week: 36
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: Late August to mid-September 2026
• Schedule Notes: Every other weekend required; first to float to a lesser acuity unit as needed

Job Requirements

• Active Missouri RN license or Compact RN license
• At least 1 year of Progressive Care Unit RN experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Experience with high-acuity drips preferred
• Arterial line and BiPAP/Airvo experience preferred
• New graduates will not be considered
• Ability to complete a structured orientation and meet credentialing deadlines

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to progressive care patients with varying acuity levels
• Monitor patients closely and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer and manage IV drips and other advanced therapies as assigned
• Support respiratory needs, including patients requiring BiPAP or Airvo
• Interpret and respond to telemetry and clinical data within the scope of practice
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Float to a lesser acuity unit when needed and contribute to team coverage
• Work major holidays per unit needs, with scheduling flexibility when possible
