Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Evansville, Indiana.
Job Description & Requirements

OT - $70/hr
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Required Certs to be attached upon submittal: Must have current active compact license. AHA BLS, AHA ACLS and NIHSS.
- Minimum Experience REQUIRED: 2 years Stepdown + 1 travel contract OR 5 years of Stepdown if no travel experience
- Charting Experience: Recent EPIC experience required (will be required to do a checkoff class)
Unit Strengths: The manager opening this unit has been with Deaconess over 20+ years and had the lowest turnover in the organization for 2024.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Patient Population: Post procedure cardiac (cath/stents/interventions, pacers, ICD, ablation), Identify/care of STEMI/NSTEMI, Carotid endarterectomy, Sepsis, Neuro (CVAs, seizures, possible TBI), DKA.
- Ratio: Days 1:5-6; NOCs 1:4; CN will take patients. Stepdown RNs will take MS/T patients.
