Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Columbia, Missouri.

Job Title - PCU RN
Location - Columbia MO
Shift - 3x12 hrs nights
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Preference will be given to candidates with both ICU and PCU experience. A minimum of 2 years critical care experience is required.
Top Diagnosis/Procedures: surgical of all types, medicals of all types, neuro patients at times.
Common Equipment: bladder scanners, IV pumps, PCA pumps, SCD's, bipaps, cpaps, optiflows, vapotherms, airvos.
Vasoactive Drip Titration Required - neosynephrine, amiodarone, cardizem, among a few others
Nurse Patient Ratio: 1:03
Line Management Skills:
- Required: IV Insertion, PICC/Central Line Management, Vascular Device Access/Care, Dialysis Fistula Care/Management, A-Line Management
- Preferred: CVP
Airway: Required: CPAP/BiPAP, Trach Care
Ortho/MS/Onc: Required: Epidural/PCA pumps, Feeding Tubes, Wound Vac
