Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is located in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs. The RN will supervise care staff, ensure safety protocols are followed, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive outcomes.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS certification prior to first shift, minimum of two (2) years bedside clinical experience, and a minimum of 0 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Not specified.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission; develops and implements individualized care plans; initiates discharge planning and patient teaching; documents all assessments and interventions accurately; participates in team activities and promotes a safe, efficient work environment.
