Job Description:

The RN in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) will provide care to adult patients with various medical conditions including cardiac, respiratory, and renal issues. Responsibilities include titrating drips and utilizing equipment such as high flow oxygen therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Titrate medications including Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, insulin.
• Read and interpret telemetry strips.
• Provide high-quality patient care while adhering to hospital policies.
• Work cohesively with team and adapt to changes as needed.

Requirements:

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Competency in managing arterial lines and critical drips.
• RN license required at submission.
• Driver's license required for geographic verification.
