Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) registered nurses (RN) are needed for night shifts in a 15-bed unit dedicated to cardiac, stroke, and progressive care patients. The role involves coordinating the care of assigned patients, with a focus on telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm management. RNs must hold current BLS and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid license/NC nursing license (Nursys License verification), professional driver's license or state ID, professional profile, two professional references, and an updated resume.
- Additional Information: The unit is staffed with registered nurses and patient care technicians, providing 24/7 hospitalist coverage, emergency response, respiratory therapy, and other services. The patient population includes cardiac, stroke, and progressive care patients, all monitored via telemetry. The assignment is scheduled to start on 09/07/2026 and end on 12/07/2026.
