Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) opportunity in an acute care setting. This position involves applying nursing processes to patient care, teaching patients and their significant others, documenting in medical records, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate overall patient management. Candidates must meet the experience and certification requirements to qualify for this role.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Oregon nursing license (willing to obtain if not active), 24 months of current experience in an Intermediate/Progressive Care Unit (PCU), telemetry, or step-down unit, BLS (AHA) certification, ACLS (AHA) certification, and a resume. Certifications do not need to be active at the time of submission but must be obtainable prior to start.
- Preferred Qualifications: Specific skills checklist related to the discipline on the job; related acute care hospital experience.
- Additional Information: Candidates will be working in a facility that may assign on-call and weekend schedules to be determined by the facility. The assignment begins on 09/15/2026 and concludes on 11/10/2026.
