PACU RN – Job Summary
Position: RN – PACU
Facility/Parent: CommonSpirit Health
Shift: 3×12-hour Days – Varied weekdays
Hours: 36 hours/week
Schedule & Call
- 12-hour day shifts, any day Monday–Friday
- Start times vary between 5:00 AM–9:30 AM
- Call is required
- 30-minute response time
- Approximately 5 weekend call shifts + 8 weeknight call shifts per quarter
- Weeknight call: 10:00 PM–5:00 AM or 10:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Weekend call: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- No in-house weekend shifts; weekend coverage is call only
- Holidays rotate with core staff
- Hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment
Required Certifications
- BLS – AHA
- ACLS – AHA
- NIHSS
- PALS – AHA
- License
