Job Summary:
A Travel Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available within a healthcare provider in Indiana, Pennsylvania. The role involves providing specialized nursing care in a surgery center setting, focusing on post-anesthesia recovery. The schedule includes varied day shifts, with two 8-hour shifts per week, and offers a weekly minimum guarantee.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Varied Days, 2 x 8-hour shifts/week, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Certified as an Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) provider, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS); minimum 0 years of experience; located within 50 miles for local candidates or over 50 miles for travel candidates
- Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of nursing experience in surgical recovery, post-anesthesia care, or intensive care units
- Additional Information: The position is a vacant role, open since 09/14/2026, with no call requirement. The facility has a flexible float policy, and candidate review may consider pending license status. The facility utilizes an electronic medical record system, and scrubs and dress code are coordinated accordingly. Parking is available on-site.
