• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,870 - $1,970

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license prior to start date
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient nursing, specialty clinic nursing, or a related clinical setting
• Travel RN experience preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record (EHR) charting
• Strong skills in phone triage, chart preparation, authorizations, and medication refill workflows
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume outpatient clinic environment
• Flu vaccine required; COVID-19 vaccine not required
• Must be comfortable working within scope to meet clinic needs and support team workflow

Responsibilities

• Support outpatient urology provider visits and procedures
• Complete nursing visits, including bladder chemo instills, catheter changes, and rectal swabs
• Perform phone triage and assist with patient communication in a busy ambulatory care setting
• Prepare charts, manage authorizations, and support medication refill requests
• Assist with a variety of urology-focused clinical tasks and patient care needs
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to maintain smooth daily clinic flow
• Float within scope as needed to support outpatient clinic operations
• Maintain accurate documentation and deliver patient-centered care
