Job Summary
Operating Room RN Rotating shift Location: unspecified. This role involves performing circulating duties in complex neuro, spine, ortho, and vascular surgeries, with some experience in complex procedures and robotic cases preferred. The position requires flexibility with shift hours, including on-call responsibilities and rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Details

• Schedule: Variable hours based on need, including 7:00 AM, 9:30 AM, and 1:00 PM shifts, with at least 1 weekend per month on call. The work week will consist of 40 hours.
• Required Qualifications: Must have 4-5 years of operating room (OR) registered nurse (RN) or combined OR experience. Circulating experience is required; scrubbing experience is highly preferred. Experience in neuro, spine, or orthopedics, particularly with DiVinci robotic cases, is preferred. Candidates must be comfortable performing INDEPENDENTLY in surgeries such as ortho, spine, and neuro. Additional requirements include the ability to scrub (preferred), and the ability to work within a 30-mile radius of the assigned facility. No minimum experience is required beyond the stated qualifications.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in neuro, spine, vascular, orthopedics, and being comfortable with DiVinci robotic cases.
• Additional Information: RN must be experienced in circulating for complex surgeries and be capable of working in a dynamic environment. Must be able to work mandatory overtime, which includes additional hours to ensure coverage. The organization may float or reassign personnel within 30 miles to meet operational needs.
