MANDATED Job Requirements:
- Must have CIRCULATING experience [required]
- Must have PACU experience [reqiored
- Scrub experience is a plus, but not required [highly preferred]
- Must have experience in the following cases: General, GI, OBGYN, Ortho, ENT, Urology, Cataracts & Podiatry [required]
- Previous travel experience [highly preferred]

- Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]

- Active American Heart Association PALS - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- License verification [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT]
- All licenses/certs must be current at time of submission

Registration/Certification Requirements: ACLS (AHA) PALS (AHA) BLS (AHA) State License(s): New Hampshire **Compact License Allowed
