Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position available in a coastal region known for its natural beauty and outdoor activities. The role involves delivering coordinated perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing surgical procedures. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety and quality care during surgical interventions.
Job Details:
- Location: Coastal region with access to outdoor recreation and scenic landscapes
- Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week
- Start Date: 08/31/2026
- End Date: 11/29/2026
- Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor; Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Certification preferred; two years of experience in Operating Room nursing; experience with EPIC electronic health record system; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; acute care facility experience preferred
- Additional Information: Candidate must have strong perioperative nursing skills, the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, and experience managing patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. On-call duties are required, including every other weekend and during the week.
