Shift: Day shift position, with variable start times. On days when there are meetings, it may require coming in before 7am or staying after 4, depending on the meeting invites. Call: will be resource for troubleshooting. No weekends or holidays.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager to oversee the daily operations of the operating room, with a focus on regulatory preparedness, compliance, and clinical care.

Responsibilities:

• Leading results for KPI: Turnaround times and First case on time starts
• Regulatory preparedness with experience in TJC and DOH survey
• Implementing new project roll-outs and sustained compliance
• Managing in a collective bargaining department
• Staff scheduling using UKG/Kronos/Workday

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience
• Prefer CNOR certification
• Experience as an OR leader and trauma experience
