Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) RN-Circulator position available in Belfast, Maine. This role involves providing perioperative nursing care in a critical access facility with three operating rooms and two procedure rooms. The position offers a combination of scheduled hours and on-call responsibilities, with a focus on general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, and urology cases. The starting date is August 31, 2026.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 9-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: 2 years of experience as an RN-Circulator, BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
- Preferred Qualifications: Scrub experience is preferred but not required.
- Additional Information: The role involves working in a facility with 3 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms. The unit handles patients undergoing endoscopy, general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, ENT, and urology. Skills necessary include familiarity with equipment such as Stryker, Storz, and Steris systems. The dress code requires hospital-provided blue scrubs.
