Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position in the outpatient procedure unit is available. This role involves delivering coordinated nursing care for patients undergoing outpatient procedures, including perioperative, post-anesthesia recovery (PACU), or endoscopy. The nurse will supervise and direct nursing staff, collaborate with healthcare teams, and ensure the delivery of safe, quality patient care throughout the patient care process.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; acute care facility experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: The role requires EPIC experience and is set in an outpatient procedure unit, including perioperative, PACU, or endoscopy settings.
