Job Description:

The Registered Nurse will provide specialized care in a Pediatric Cardiac Operating Room within a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center. The role includes handling a diverse range of patient types from neonates to adults with congenital anomalies and complex cardiothoracic cases such as Tetralogy of Fallot and open heart valve repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and monitor vitals in the Pediatric Cardiac OR.
• Assist with scrubbing and circulating duties in cardiothoracic surgeries.
• Participate in on-call rotation as per schedule requirements.
• Float to General OR to assist with cases when not busy in CVOR.

Requirements:

• BLS, PALS certifications; CNOR preferred.
• Minimum 3 years Peds CVOR experience.
• WA State or compact RN license.
• Experience with IV starts, art lines, and EPIC EMR.
