As an Operating Room RN, you will be pivotal in delivering safe and effective patient care in the operating room. You'll collaborate with a healthcare team to assess and manage patients before, during, and after surgery, ensuring compliance with surgical standards. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential, as you will advocate for patients and maintain a commitment to quality nursing practice.
