Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse position available in a rural healthcare facility. This role involves providing perioperative patient care during scheduled shifts, with a focus on assisting with surgical procedures and ensuring patient safety. The assignment is suitable for candidates with a background in surgical nursing and offers the opportunity to work in a critical access hospital setting.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, experience working in Operating Room (OR) settings, and preferred experience with Cerner Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a critical access hospital and familiarity with perioperative procedures.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The position involves working 4-9 hour shifts per week with every other weekend call from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Current COVID-19 vaccination is recommended, and the candidate must be able to work in a rural healthcare environment.
