Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) nurse in a healthcare facility. This role involves providing specialized perioperative patient care, supporting surgical procedures, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. The position offers a dynamic work environment with flexible scheduling and collaborative team operations.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift with shift hours from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (flexible); minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Nursys license verification, professional drivers license or state ID, Ascension profile, two professional references, and an updated Ascension resume.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with general, robotics, gynecology, orthopedics/podiatry, organ procurements, and electronic health record systems such as EPIC; previous travel experience.
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The assignment involves on-site coverage within the skill set or at sites within a 40-mile radius, based on department needs. Call is required approximately once a week on weekdays and every third weekend, with holiday coverage as needed, based on departmental scheduling.
