Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. This position involves providing surgical nursing services in a hospital setting, with a focus on patient care within the operating room environment. The role requires coordination with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Job Details:
- Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: 2 years of OR RN experience required. Additional qualifications include current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, days, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum of 2 years of operating room experience, current BLS certification.
- Additional Information: The position involves floating to other surgical units as needed. Scrub color is hospital-provided. EMR system utilized is Cerner. Parking is provided at the facility. No guaranteed guaranteed shifts or blocked scheduling are available. The patient ratio is 1:1, and the unit has 15 beds.
