Position Summary:
Experienced OR Circulator with strong ASC/OR experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Skilled in coordinating safe and efficient perioperative care before, during, and after surgical procedures.Knowledgeable in surgical aseptic technique, patient positioning, safety protocols, and operating room workflow. Seeking an opportunity to contribute strong clinical expertise and teamwork skills, with availability to start in early to mid-September.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage patient care throughout the preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
  • Maintain sterile technique and ensure compliance with surgical safety, infection control, and ASC/OR protocols.
  • Prepare the operating room, surgical equipment, instruments, medications, and supplies for procedures.
  • Assist with patient positioning, surgical time-outs, specimen handling, and intraoperative documentation.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technicians, and nursing staff to ensure efficient workflow.

Skills:

  • Operating room circulation, ASC procedures, perioperative nursing, and surgical patient care.
  • Aseptic technique, infection prevention, surgical safety protocols, and patient positioning.
  • OR equipment preparation, specimen handling, surgical documentation, and emergency response.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, organization, and ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments.

  • BLS,ACLS Certified through AHA
