Job Responsibilities
- Provide coordinated nursing care to outpatients in a clinic setting.
- Follow established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking and independent clinical judgment.
- Exercise professional and supervisory discretion.
- Maintain safe, efficient, and patient-focused care.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Previous outpatient/clinic nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary patient care
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work 10-hour day shifts
