Position: RN – Nursery
Location: Concord, MA
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12 hour nights | 36 hrs/week
Pay Package (36 hrs):
• W2 (Taxable): $54/hr
• Per Diem (Non-Taxable): $1,386/week
• Gross Weekly Pay: $3330/week
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of RN experience
- At least 2 years of NICU or Level II Special Care Nursery (SCN) experience
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NRP certification
- Experience caring for:
- Neonates on CPAP
- Neonatal IV insertion
- Tube feedings
- Grower/feeder infants
- Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS)/ESC management
- Comfortable assisting with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- Willing to float to Postpartum or Pediatrics as needed (helping hands if not experienced)
- Must be available to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
Preferred Qualifications
- Postpartum experience
- Cerner EMR experience
- STABLE certification
