Job Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• 5 years of NICU experience preferred
• NRP certification required
• STABLE certification required
• Strong neonatal assessment, monitoring, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team
• Experience with night shift workflow and high-acuity patient care preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to NICU infants requiring close monitoring and specialized support
• Perform neonatal assessments, document patient status, and communicate changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to unit protocols and physician orders
• Support infants with complex needs while maintaining a calm, family-centered approach
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and fellow nurses to coordinate care
• Respond effectively to changes in patient condition and support emergency interventions when needed
• Maintain accurate charting and uphold unit standards for quality and safety
