Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license, and BLS certification. Experience in the clinical area for which it is applied is desired. Clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area must be maintained through annual validations. A minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months is preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing, professional certification relevant to neonatal intensive care, and additional related education or experience are preferred.
- Additional Information: The position emphasizes providing patient care according to established policies, procedures, standards of care, and regulatory requirements. It involves direct patient care, coordination, delegation, supervision of activities, documentation, and participation in research or quality improvement activities.
