Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) specialization is available in a facility located in the region. This role involves providing advanced care for neonates and infants, including managing high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries. Candidates must demonstrate a minimum of three years of experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting and be open to floating between campuses as needed, including pediatric and pediatric intensive care units.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Day shift, 12 hours per shift, a minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU), valid compact state license, BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications, experience with blood and blood products administration, central line care, neonatal feeding, dosage calculations, ventilator management (including CPAP, BiPAP, High-Frequency Ventilators, Oscillators, Vents), and management of PICC/central lines.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic charting systems such as Epic.
  • Additional Information: This assignment spans from 09/14/2026 to 12/14/2026, with a flexible schedule that can accommodate working three or more consecutive days. Candidates will be responsible for caring for neonates, including attending high-risk deliveries, and may attend neonatal surgeries. Travelers may be required to float to other nearby facilities including pediatric units. The role requires response to specific scheduling requests during submission, including commitment to working key holidays, and adherence to facility policies on RTO and float requirements.
