Staffing
Day Shift
- 1 Charge RN
- 6 RNs

Night Shift
- 1 Charge RN
- 6 RNs
- 2 CNAs
- 1 HUC
Patient Ratios
- Typical: 5:1
- High Census:
- Days: Up to 6:1
- Nights: Up to 7:1
Qualifications
Required
- Active RN License
- ACLS Certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIH)
Preferred
- Neuro/Neuroscience experience
Skills
- Neurological patient care
- IV insertion
- Foley catheter insertion
- General Medical-Surgical nursing
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Floating
- Floating may be required to other Medical-Surgical units within the facility based on patient care needs.
Schedule
- Every other weekend required
