Job Details:
Job Title: Neuro ICU | RN - Registered Nurse
Location: Baltimore, MD
Setting: Hospital
Schedule: Rotating, every other weekend, holidays as needed (2 - on call shifts per 6-week schedule)
Contract Length: 13 weeks.
Candidate Type: Traveler
Requirements: RN License; BLS; PALS; ACLS; 2 years current experience in Neuro Critical Care
Responsibilities:
- Provide care to neuro-critical patients in the ICU setting, including post-operative neurosurgical individuals
- Monitor and assess patients with severe brain injuries, stroke, or brain tumors
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to manage complex neurological and vital organ system needs
- Document patient progress and coordinate care with healthcare team members
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
