Job Requirements

• 2+ years of nursing experience required
• Dedicated Medical ICU experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BLS certification through AHA required
• ACLS certification required
• Epic experience required
• Level I trauma experience required
• Must successfully complete day-one medication and EKG testing
• Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced critical care environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill Medical ICU patients
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and perform ICU-level nursing interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care team members
• Accurately document patient care, assessments, and progress in Epic
• Maintain patient safety and clinical standards in a busy trauma-capable hospital
• Adapt to weekly orientation and assignment-specific compliance requirements
