Job description
Trustaff is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Petersburg, Virginia.
Job Description & Requirements

- Shift: 12 hours, days
- Employment Type: Travel
Shift: 12-Hr Days; every other weekend/major holiday required (may accommodate weekend-only blocked schedule)
Primary Location: RN Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Unit 5E)
Unit: Mixed surgical unit
Beds: 30-bed (can flex to 37 beds)
Patient Ratios: 1:5-6
Days: Staff can expect 1-2 patient turnover per nurse per day
Patient Population
- General surgery, trauma, minor ortho cases; post-op and post-trauma patients
Required Certifications
Must be attached at submission: BLS
- BLS Basic Life Support
Minimum Experience Requirements
- 1 year of recent acute care experience
- 1 year travel experience
Preferred:
- MS/Tele experience
- CAPD preferred
Required Skills
- Dysrhythmia interpretation
- Remote MS/Tele
Preferred Skills
- EPIC experience
