Staffmax Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Burlington, Vermont.

Minimum 2 years of RN experience required.
Prior travel experience and teaching hospital experience are mandatory.
Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required (NIHSS prior to start). PCCN and orthopedic certifications preferred. Recent Epic experience (within 2 years) is required and nonnegotiable.
Complete work history with explanations for gaps over 90 days must be included at submission.
No block scheduling permitted.
